**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Serve customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and providing correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Follow all food safety guidelines related to food handling, sanitation, and storage.
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving, cashiering, and food prep.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order management.
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with the food industry is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or trays as needed.
