**About This Staff Role**:
HTS has an exciting opportunity for an **Admissions Coordinator** ( 12 month Maternity Leave ) to join our team.
The Admissions Coordinator is the primary contact for all admission inquiries and is responsible for the administrative function of the admission office. The Admission Coordinator plays an important role in sharing the school’s mission and vision. This includes supporting prospective families from inquiry to enrolment, and through transition into the school, a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the department, and arranging and participating in special Admissions functions and events. Your detailed orientation will manage juggling a number of priorities and tasks, and your warm, enthusiastic and endearing personality will provide a positive and encouraging environment for prospective students and their families.
**Position Summary**:
The Admissions Coordinator is the primary contact for all admission inquiries and is responsible for supporting the Admission Office for the HTS Learning Network (HTS Campus/HTS Online).
**Responsibilities**:
The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of the post holder. HTS maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion. The range of specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Coordinates and sets up for open houses: creates facility requests, schedules faculty, and arranges for material and resources.;
- Assists with admission and information updates on the school’s Website;
- Supports the Admissions Officer with the coordination of Student Ambassadors for on-campus events.
- Assess report cards and other submissions to support the Admissions Team with decision-making;.
**General**
- Serve as an ambassador for HTS both within the School community itself and externally, consistently and convincingly reinforcing the role and department;
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Part of a team that supports the front office coordinators by providing reception desk coverage and other support as required;
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of School/Executive Director of Admissions and Strategic Partnerships and Enrolment Management from time to time.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a high attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Demonstrated understanding and commitment to excellence in internal client service;
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in business administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years work related experience
- Experience in an administrative function
- Experience working with Education Edge or equivalent admissions database
