**_ Duties and Responsibilities_**
- Welcoming visitors, communicating with clients;
- Conference room booking and maintenance, including refreshments and catering;
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers;
- Assisting with general administrative duties; and
- Special projects an other duties as required.
**_ Knowledge, Qualities & Experience Required_**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office environment;
- Bilingual (English and French);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Dedicated to providing service beyond expectation;
- Strong technical aptitude and flexibility;
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on accuracy;
- Flexibility to work beyond regularly-scheduled hours from time to time as client and business needs may require; and
- Legal industry experience an asset.

**_ Tâches et responsabilités_**
- Accueil les visiteurs, communication avec les clients ;
- Réservation et entretien des salles de conférence, y compris les rafraîchissements et les services de traiteur ;
- Gérer le courrier entrant et sortant ainsi que les services de messagerie ;
- Assistance aux tâches administratives générales ; et
- Projets spéciaux et autres tâches selon les besoins.
**_ Connaissance, aptitude et expérience requises_**
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de bureau ;
- Bilingue (anglais et français) ;
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles ;
- Dévoué à fournir un service au-delà des attentes ;
- Forte aptitude technique et bonne flexibilité ;
- Excellente attention aux détails et souci de la précision ;
