We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team at Brew + Bloom

What we are looking for:

- Serving Experience: 3+ year (required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Barista Experience 1+ year (Asset)
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, team-focused, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with OpenTable is an asset
- Experience with Square Restaurant system an asset
- Knowledge of different Coffee drinks
- Willing to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends

**Duties**:

- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking, confirming orders, and relaying to the kitchen
- Serving food and beverages
- Cleaning, and resetting tables
- Placing to-go orders
- Preparing bill and processing payment
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
- Setting up and tearing down for Private Events
