Sauvage is a celebrated, foraged-driven fine dining restaurant in the heart of Canmore, known for immersive culinary storytelling, seasonal tasting menus, and genuine, memorable hospitality. We’re looking for an exceptional **Server** to join our front-of-house team and help us deliver an unforgettable guest experience rooted in nature, creativity, and care.

**About the Role**

As a Server at Sauvage, you are more than a order-taker — you are a storyteller, a guide, and an ambassador of our culinary philosophy. You’ll create warm, thoughtful connections with guests while providing knowledgeable, attentive service in a refined yet relaxed environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide elevated, guest-focused service with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Guide guests through our menu, pairings, and foraged-inspired culinary experience
- Manage tables with efficiency, strong communication, and intuitive service flow
- Uphold Sauvage standards in service, presentation, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with our team to deliver a seamless and unforgettable dining experience

**Who You Are**
- Experienced in serving — ideally in fine dining or elevated hospitality
- Passionate about food, wine, and guest experience
- Warm, engaging, calm under pressure, and committed to excellence
- Curious and eager to learn about wild ingredients, foraging, and our culinary ethos
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
