About the role

Class Performance & Musical Director Visit Schedule
Creates class performance and Musical Director Visit schedules
Provides schedule to pertinent Success & Delivery team members
Schedules Virtual Stage Managers, Virtual Music Directors, and In-Person Music Directors (TOR)
Support Production Manager, Artistic Directors & Associate Artistic Directors, Student Success Managers, and Music Development Director directives
Provides class show & Musical Director communication to Instructors, Music Directors, Stage Managers, Students, and Virtual Patrons
Coordinate with Music Development Director to ensure music directors have aligned-skill assignments and materials to proceed with md shifts
Assist in preparation of materials needed for virtual Zoom class shows
Coordinate with TOR Second City & Comedy Bar for in-person class show and Musical Director visit scheduling
Assist in preparation of materials needed for In-Person Toronto shows (ie. comedy bar forms)
Partner with Student Success Managers with class show updates/cancellations
Coordinate with postproduction supervisor for digital writing class YouTube series
Work with tech director to ensure virtual stage managers have proper training
Coordinate camp shows and support staff scheduling with Production Manager
Communicate with camp instructors, support staff, and parents about camp shows

Auditions

Prepare audition materials and communications for auditors, students, Production Manager, Student Success Managers + Associates, and CSRs (audition info reminder, logins, links, audition updates/cancellations, student audition list, google forms, headshots, resumes, class option, general show information)
Pull class rosters, audition transfers, update and/or close ActiveNet Audition Slots
Work in tandem with Student Success Manager and Production Manager to ensure all pertinent audition communication reflects current training centre directives

Virtual Support

Assist Production Manager with class communication, updating class numbers, class rosters, and ActiveNet
Troubleshoot technical needs with instructors, Musical Directors, students, and campers (class zoom links and class show zoom links)
Schedule subs for Musical Directors, Virtual Stage Managers, and instructors

Payroll

Add requested and approved payroll into payroll system(Dayforce)
