Winnipeg, Canada JMT Consultants Full time

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and/or assist in budgetary and final estimating of project scopes.
- Analyze blueprints and other documents to prepare estimates.
- Use industry knowledge to promote short and long-term project solutions.
- Perform detailed structural and miscellaneous takeoffs.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure estimate accuracy.
- Present estimates to clients professionally and promptly.
- Manage and oversee a team of 5-19 estimators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Bluebeam, Tekla Powerfab, or Fabsuite is a plus.
- Proven team leadership skills.
- Experience in tilt panel manufacturing facilities and schools preferred but not required.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
