Winnipeg Hyundai Collision Centre is constantly growing and hiring a **Production Manager / Estimator.**

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional work results and customer service and to take ownership of our production / estimating support to our Collision Centre team.

Acting as a Production Manager / Estimator, you will play a key role in the efficiency of the shop and the quality of the repair work for our valued clients who choose our Collision Centre services. You will be responsible for overseeing the efforts of the shop and work closely with the whole team to provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Work and communicate well with Manitoba Public Insurance in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization.
- Documenting work orders and repair sublets
- Facilitating parts orders on initial estimates and when necessary to complete work
- Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
- Prepare estimates in accordance with MPI and company guidelines
- Maintain and execute a timely schedule before, during, and after completions of repair
- Updating production and workflow related charts / spreadsheets
- Capture all non related vehicle damage and prepare customer quotes
- Scheduling incoming work based on shop’s efficiency to delivery timely results to customers
- Handle customer concerns regarding repair process
- Continuously monitoring workflow to ensure that technicians are always working at their capacity
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Other responsibilities as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience with dealing with MPI and computer estimates is an asset
- Mitchell Software experience is an asset
- Must work well in a small team but in a high-volume shop
- Must work well in a positive upbeat atmosphere
- Experience providing high quality customer support
- Good knowledge and understanding of the collision repair process is an asset

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 year (preferred)
- Auto Estimating or Collision Repair : 2 year (preferred)

Shift Details: Monday to Friday: 8:00-5:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
