**Property Manager Assistant**

We are looking for a killer front desk administrator to work from our Edmonton office. Experience in office administration required, experience in property management an asset.

Fast paced environment blah blah blah. Everyone says that. Companies typically hire more people because they are busy (right????). But being busy is not the only reason why we are swamped. For us, it’s not about just getting stuff done, it’s about getting it done NOW. We find great renters for our clients FAST when their property is vacant. Emergencies happen like flooding, no heat etc. These are serious - we need to respond and address tenant concerns AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The standard response time in our industry SUCKS. Our ongoing mission is to raise that bar. The ability to multitask and prioritize is like breathing to us - it is not optional.

**YOUR WORK DAY**

We could walk you through a huge task list but that would be boring, however, this position is anything but boring. So, let’s look at it in terms of responsibilities.

We rely heavily n having access to accurate information. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of this and is diligent about filing, recording and saving information.

You will be providing Admin support to the rest of the team. We believe in working as a well oiled machine, you will be an integral part of this.

We hate it when people constantly say they are “busy” as a matter of habit. We want people who say “my day is awesome - I’m soooooo busy”

**Still looking for a list of tasks..ok, here it is in a nutshell**
- Answering phones
- Filing (both digital and hard copy)
- Admin support to other staff
- Client and tenant support
- Enter information into our various systems
- Answering YEG Rental Inbox, move ins & move outs
- Booking showings
- Assisting showing agents with information and tasks as and when
- Assisting field agents by pulling together onboarding/move/ info to take to properties for
