**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a confident, self-motivated treatment provider with a proven track record in treatment excellence, sales performance, and patient acquisition. You will not only provide exceptional medical aesthetic services but also actively drive business growth through effective marketing, upselling, and cross-promotion. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is equally passionate about delivering transformative results and building a loyal patient base. This role will begin as a part-time position, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of advanced, energy-based treatments following clinic protocols
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and create tailored treatment plans that address both needs and goals
- Proactively promote treatments, packages, and retail products to maximize patient outcomes and clinic revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in-clinic promotions, seasonal campaigns, and patient reactivation initiatives
- Participate in community and digital marketing efforts to attract new clients and grow brand visibility
- Educate patients on treatment benefits, pre/post-care, and ongoing skin health strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure treatment areas are clean and well-prepared
- Flexibility to work across multiple Calgary clinic locations

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Medical/Aesthetic Technician in a clinical setting
- Certification in laser safety and operation of medical-grade aesthetic devices
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Strong marketing mindset with experience in promoting services both in-person and online
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
