**The Job**:

- 24-32 hours a week - with the ability to build to 38 hours per week as you build a client following.
- Perform IPL and Laser treatments, JetPeel, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Facials and Dermaplaning treatments.
- Assess clients and make recommendations for treatment and products.
- Contribute to team-based assignments that keep the clinic running smoothly (laundry, filing, inventory, etc.).
- Multiple types of chemical peels; glycolic, lactic, salicylic, Jessner and others
- Dermaplaning
- Laser Hair removal
- LED, IPL and Laser Genesis
- Radio Frequency treatments for skin tightening
- Microneedling (roller, pen, stamping techniques)
- Skin care theory and experience with multiple product lines
- Proven track record of sales
- Proven track record of being able work on schedule
- Proven track record of client retention and productivity
- Teachable
- Team player
- Well spoken
- Ability to listen to clients and make them feel heard

**Compensation**:
We offer competitive hourly wages as well as quarterly and year-end bonuses based on clinic and employee performance - please note, we do not pay commission, but we accept tips. **Job Type**: 24-32 hours per week, working up to full time as you build your clientele

**Salary**: $24.00 to $38.00 /hour (depending on experience)
