What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Performance Management and people development through coaching and feedback sessions on a regular basis, Annual Review and ad-hoc requirements
- Address and assure action are taken and follow through on internal and external escalations with a sense of urgency engaging stakeholders as needed
- Administrative and operational processes compliance (Hardware, Payroll, Workday, etc.)
- Accountable for overall Monthly Performance Indicators attainment and all Client-Specific metrics based on contractual requirements
- Accountable for attaining Individual and group utilization goals on a weekly and monthly basis for each team
Who You Are (Qualifications):
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-10 years experience in IT systems, or other relevant fields
- Ability to lead Senior Technical Teams of various skillsets
- Project Management methodologies and abilities
- Performance Management Feedback / Coaching skills
- Customer service experience
- Network technical knowledge
- experience in Java programming and OOPS with good knowledge in coding standard.
- hands-on experience in creating and maintaining test automation framework/libraries for API test automation.
- In depth knowledge in at least one of the leading open-source test automation frameworks (TestNG, Robot, Protractor, Jasmine, Cucumber BDD, etc)
- strong experience in automation test reporting, failure analysis and test maintenance techniques
- Experience in mentoring and supporting group of automation test engineers for complex problems encountered in test automation
- experience in establishing process/guidelines for automation test engineers to ensure the test scripts adhere to the standards (including, naming convention, Page Object methods definition, etc)
- experience in using selenium grid for creating test automation infrastructure and good understanding of selenium grid architecture
- experience in Continuous integration using Jenkins GitHub
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS/K8) specific to test automation
