**Technical Skills/Competence**
- 5+ years’ IT experience with a focus on driving productivity through business systems and information architecture preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong work experience writing/editing complex Crystal Reports and SQL queries
- Experience with SQL Server: SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
- Working technical knowledge of SQL languages
- Working knowledge of data modelling and data visualization BI tools
- Advanced knowledge of building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI including DAX Queries
- 3 + years of experience working with the support, implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP system
- Strong work experience with MS SharePoint, MS Power Apps and MS Power Automate
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn and train on variety of software
- Previous experience developing and implementing successful business systems
- Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Excellent understanding of IT service management
- Excellent understanding of change and release management procedures
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and define needs as well as to create and execute implementation test plans is essential
- Knowledge of budget management and vendor management
- Experience with API’s and web services would be an asset
- Perform cleanse, map and transform data to support integration initiatives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
