**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and ask for identification if customer(s) appear to be under the age of 25 years old
- Assisting customers with cannabis related questions, educate them on responsible uses and practices, make informed suggestions and product recommendations
- Prepare in-store and online customer orders, review inventory counts and assist with back of house support
- Support and participate in store opening and closing procedures, including but not limited to restocking, general housekeeping, and end of day reports
- Ensure store is clean and tidy by maintaining general housekeeping throughout the day
- Consistently look for areas to make improvements to operations and business results
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sales records, operational reports and customer information
- Adhere to company policies, procedures
- Adhere to all federal, provincial and municipal legislative requirements of cannabis retailers
- All other duties as assigned by the store owner, store manager and team leader

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the industry and cannabis products and accessories (minimum 1 year)
- Experience in retail sales, customer service and complaint management (minimum 2 yrs)
- required to complete a criminal background check and obtain CannSell certification
- Know how to use Greenline POS or familiar with computerized Pos system
- Willing to stay up to date with new product knowledge and developments in the industry
- Must be trustworthy and customer-oriented
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing and able to work in a team environment
- Willing to work flexible hours including mornings/evening, weekends and holidays
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Point of Sales systems is an asset
- Must be at least 19 years of age or older
- Open to feedback and eager to improve
