Quality Plus Grounds Care is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Manager / Crew Leader with quality workmanship and confidence, in the ability to effectively manage a team and execute the regular daily operations of Property Maintenance and Snow Removal services. We are seeking an individual with the motive of staying long term with the organization with active involvement in the continued growth of Quality Plus Grounds Care.
**Requirements**:
- G Class Licence
- 21+
- Proficient Driving & Operation of a Pickup Truck w/Trailer.
- Strong Leadership & Crew Management Skills.
- Excellence & Knowledge in Soft-scape Landscaping / Property Maintenance / Snow Removal.
- Minimum 3 years managerial experience in the Property Maintenance Industry.
**Skills**:
- Advanced Leadership and Managerial skills
- Operational Experience with heavy equipment (Skid-Steers)
- Softscape / Landscape Maintenance (eye for design and curb appeal)
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
The Property Maintenance Manager / Crew Leader Role Entails:
- Manage and lead a team.
- Deliver routine property maintenance services.
- Operate both light duty and heavy equipment (skid-steer, lawn mower, blowers, trimmers and other maintenance tools)
- Professional landscape up-keep.
- Snow Removal Services (sidewalk crew)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,250.00 per month
