Server

The Server defines services our customer by taking and delivering food orders.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Confirms daily specials and provides detail information on ingredients as required
- Records client’s choices and relays same to kitchen
- Recalls orders accurately and delivers correct food items to clients
- Graciously and unobtrusively ensures client satisfaction with meals
- Ensures that clients know about new items on the menu
- Recommends wine and beverage pairings with assistance of bartender
- Recommends side dishes to compliment main courses
- Up-sells beverages, coffees and desserts as appropriate
- Handles all customer service concerns graciously, referring difficult issues to the Manager / Executive Chef
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years previous experience in similar capacity
- Fully bilingual in French and English
