We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic barista & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience for all patrons. **Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries or concerns.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

- Experience in cashiering and cash handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with the food industry and food service operations is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
