**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming.
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
- Inspect finished work for quality and make necessary touch-ups.
- Conduct detailed inspections of painted cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards before packing and shipping.
- Identify and address any defects or imperfections in the finish.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cabinetry painter or similar role.
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in painting or a related field.
- Experience with custom cabinetry and woodworking.
- Working with tight timelines.
