We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.

Reporting to the General Manager and Financial Controller, you will provide reception and administrative support to ensure the office's efficient operation. A large portion of the daily role will be connected to accounting tasks such as data entry, and reports. The position supports managers and employees through a variety of jobs related to organization and communication.

**What You Will Do**
- Carry out all reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering and directing calls and data entry;
- Distributes incoming correspondence;
- Assist with accounting under the oversight of the controller;
- Oversees the office equipment and supply orders;
- Preserves both manual and computerized filing systems;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
- Able to perform additional tasks beyond formal job duties
- Certificate/Diploma in Business or Office Administration is preferred
- 2 years’ experience in a reception or junior administrative position is preferred;
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Knowledge and experience with financial and bookkeeping software
- A high degree of business professionalism, including the ability to effectively liaise and communicate with multiple stakeholders;
- Demonstrates written and oral communication skills;
- Excellent organization and time management skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently; and
- Ability to adapt to and learn new software
