At JTA Development Consultants we focus on development management and project management for delivery of new Buildings.

Our team is growing and we have been lucky enough to work on some of the regions most exciting developments. With this, we are looking for a dynamic addition to our team. The individual coming into this role will have relevant administration experience and will offer a range of interpersonal skills and will be working directly with all Staff. We see this as an entry position that will offer constant learning and potential for growth and advancement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in collecting all required project material and information
- Assist in the creation and management of internal and external documents and communication.
- Assist in coordination of internal and external meetings
- Independently manage documents for tracking and reporting
- Attend regular team meetings, take notes, distribute minutes
- Organize office administration as required
- Assist in mailouts, printout, calendar management and general office tasks

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing, friendly and responsible self-starter who works well independently and with others
- High degree of self awareness and interpersonal skills
- Post-secondary education a plus
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administration, community relations experience, real estate development or communications
- Detail oriented and organized
- Superior verbal/written communications skills, fluency in English
- Ability to manage priorities and balance deadline-driven work load with complete accuracy
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong MS Office suite skills.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Full vaccination is a requirement as all staff are fully vaccinated, masks in common building hallways also a must.
