We are excited to hire a long term Sales Associate to join our stores team.

We are interested in hiring an employee to work 2-3 shifts throughout the dates of Thursday, Friday & Saturday. (Please note: this position has the opportunity to grow within the business - working additional days as time progresses.)

Job Responsibilities:

- Greeting Customers in a welcoming manner and offering assistance.
- Answering customers questions
- Advising customers about store promotions & sales.
- Totalling purchases and processing cash and card payments.
- Maintaining a clean work environment.
- Assisting with re stocking inventory throughout the store.
- Designing store displays. (Front window display, various other displays around the store.)

Core Skills:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Communication skills
- Multitasking / Time Management
- Availability to work on weekends (Saturdays)
- Previous customer service skills would be an asset.

Job could lead to other opportunities if interested:

- Assisting with our online store.
- Working additional days in the store / warehouse.
- Helping with various other projects.
- Assistant Manager Position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work setting:

- Apparel store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hanover, ON N4N 1P7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales (preferred)
- Customer service (preferred)
