**SALES REPRESENTATIVE**
The Sales Representative at Funding Change drives revenue growth by identifying and cultivating opportunities with prospective and existing clients. This individual excels at building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions that maximize the value of partnering with Funding Change. By aligning customer success with business objectives, the Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**
**1. Lead Generation & Business Development**:
- Proactively research and identify potential clients, including non-profits, charities, and other organizations suited for Funding Change’s standard raffles.
- Connect with previous partner organizations to re-engage them and explore opportunities for new partnerships.
**2. Sales Engagement & Client Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and resource for their fundraising needs.
- Conduct tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase how Funding Change’s platform meets client goals, using case studies and sales tools to align solutions with their specific fundraising challenges.
- Serve as the primary liaison for new customers up until they sign a contract, while supporting the seamless handover to customer success for onboarding.
**3. Revenue Growth & Target Achievement**:
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by closing new deals and re-engaging inactive clients.
- Recognize opportunities to upsell subscription raffles and other services, providing solutions that align with customer objectives.
**4. Operational Support & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM (HubSpot) system.
- Deliver regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and insights to the leadership team.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a sales position
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate product benefits
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Comfortable handling client objections in an effective manner
- Ability to meet and host calls with potential clients during typical office hours
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
**Preferred**:
- Experience working in non-profit organizations, charities, foundations
- Experience working in a fundraising role
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
