Mochido is a donut and dessert shop looking for an engaging, friendly, and detail-oriented Kitchen Prep Baker to assist in prepping dough for our various donut and dessert products. This is a full-time, permanent role.

**Shift Hours**: Wednesday to Sunday, 5AM-11AM

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare donut dough and pastries
- Maintain safe and clean work environment in accordance to sanitation procedures
- Adhere to all applicable food safety regulations and guidelines
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Availability Wednesdays-Sundays from 5am-11am
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- 1+ years food prep or bakery experience preferred
- Food Safe Level 1 an asset

**Specific Working Conditions**
- Use of production scale equipment
- Use of disinfecting agents and other sanitation supplies
- Repetitive movements and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
