**Peak Cellars** is located in beautiful
**Lake Country**, BC, surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and beautiful mountain views. We have finished a major restaurant expansion and are looking for self-motivated and charismatic Winery Ambassadors to join our Hospitality team. With award winning wines and our locally inspired bistro menu, we are passionate about creating a memorable and knowledgeable experience.

**Description**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the job of a Winery Ambassador is to participate in all functions of bistro service of food and beverage, process sales of wine, merchandise, and food using Light Speed.

**Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of a Winery Ambassador include, but are not limited to:

- Greet guests, enthusiastically represent O’Rourke’s Peak Cellars brand, in an effort to provide a
memorable, knowledgeable experience
- Organized and proactive service of food & beverage to our guests, according to menu and daily
features
- Continually seek information about the menu, wine industry, the brand, winemaking, wine club,
events to share with guests
- Encourage upsell items, discounts, merchandise, events
- Assist in answering phones for bookings (tastings and Bistro reservations using Tock)
- Stock wine and service supplies
- Assist in weekly inventory reviews for operational needs
- Polish glassware and assist with washing dishes when needed
- Support Tasting Room operations when possible
- Ensure bistro, tasting room and washrooms are clean and adequate supplies are stocked
throughout the shift
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol, according to BC’s Serving It Right guidelines

**Requirements**:
Serving IT Right and WSET are an asset
