Responsibilities:

- Operate a skid steer to perform various tasks, such as loading and unloading materials, grading surfaces, and clearing debris
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform routine maintenance on the skid steer, such as checking fluid levels and inspecting for any damages or malfunctions
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to project specifications and timelines

**Skills**:

- Class 3 license required
- Proficient in operating a skid steer and familiar with its controls and functions
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues that may arise during operation
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on project requirements
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to maneuver the skid steer in tight spaces
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in performing tasks

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 3 Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
