Brampton, Canada Salzburg Interiors & Furniture Full time

**Salzburg Interiors & Furniture** is currently seeking an enthusiastic **Office Administrator** to join our team.
- Warmly greet visitors to our facility
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly, fielding solicitors/cold sales calls
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, arrange courier pick ups and deliveries
- Establish and update office procedures
- Generate and distribute memos, letters, spreadsheets, and form
- Assist Project Managers - source and collect finish samples and hardware, inquire about pricing, track approval process
- Enter bills to Quickbooks, match purchase orders and packing slips, verify prices and quantities
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven administrative experience
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
