The Neighbourhood Group of Companies that operates The Wooly Pub (Guelph), Borealis Grille & Bar (Guelph & Kitchener), Miijidaa Café + Bistro (Guelph) and Park Eatery (Guelph) are looking for a supervisor/server to work at one of our operations.

We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 2 years of professional serving experience in a similar role to work at our newest restaurant Park Eatery.

As a Supervisor/Server you will:

- Be the source of real-time team support, acting as the main point of contact for all Front of House team members on every shift you lead
- Run a smooth operation by using your impressive communication skills between all team members, both Front of House and in the Heart of House
- Take responsibility for keeping the business on track with filling out daily reports, monitoring and tracking daily cash deposits
- Work closely with the leaders and team members to drive brunch, lunch and dinner service each day by creating a memorable guest experience
- Optimize your section turnover by achieving flawless operations
- Exercise your entrepreneurial skills and unique service offering by being a business owner and taking responsibility for your service, every shift
- Be required to demonstrate sound knowledge of our steps of service, menu items, and food preparation
- Create an environment of connected, committed teamwork through non-stop communication and the willingness to help others win
- Be the gracious host of the party, keeping fun the focus of every interaction

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
