As a bookkeeper/Office Administrator at Koshani, you will become an integral part of our team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records. In addition, you will have the opportunity to assist management by providing valuable insights into areas for improvement based on financial documents. Your expertise in analyzing and interpreting data will contribute to the formulation of effective strategies and the achievement of our long-term goals.

**Duties**:

- Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure accurate product availability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
- Manage order processing operations, including the generation of shipping labels and coordinating timely shipments.
- Provide timely and effective communication regarding order status and shipment details.
- Address customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile and balance various accounts, such as bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements, promptly identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Generate reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, monitoring expenses, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial information related to inventory, sales, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, policies, and regulations.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing measures to streamline bookkeeping procedures and enhance efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence
- Assist with the preparation of invoices and other related documents
- Process credit card payments
- Providing office and administrative support
- Handle and process claims and returns
- Track returns in system
- Provide management with return/claims reports
- Reconciling payables and receivables
- Manage and process product returns in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate return shipments and communicate return procedures to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organization skills with attention to detail. (Detail-oriented and accurate is a must)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Capable of working independently with mínimal oversight.
- Takes initiative
- Strong familiarity with bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong team player
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, certificate in Finance or Accounting

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of full-cycle Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks: 2 years+ of experience

This is a full-time, in-person position. Located at our office on Highway 427 and Finch Ave, offering a competitive salary, a positive work environment, and excellent prospects for career development.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
