**Job Summary**:
The Human Resources Generalist at PLH Dublin will take a lead on general HR duties, including but not limited to, full cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll administration, and labor relations matters. The position functions in an environment where considerable attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential material are required. The Generalist is expected to be customer service-oriented and exhibit a high degree of diplomacy and discretion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in full cycle recruitment and onboarding process.
- Provide employee day-to-day general support by answering questions related to their terms of employment, policies, employee relations, and entitlements under applicable laws.
- Hands-on oversight of the day-to-day payroll activities/functions and help troubleshoot any issues.
- Administer and respond to any benefit-related questions from employees.
- Point of contact for RRSP Enrollment and queries.
- Responsible for maintaining confidential HR documents and files, ensuring all required documentation is provided and up to date.
- Provide employees with day-to-day general support by answering questions related to their terms of employment, policies, etc.
- Conduct research and provide reports on HR trends and best practices specific to the industry.
- Guiding/supporting managers on all HR related issues.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a human resources role, or 1 year in an administrative capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Successfully pass background check.
- Provide proof of eligibility to work in Canada.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
