**Job Summary**:
Framerz Inc. is seeking diligent and dependable Night Shift Framing Workers with 1-4 years of wood framing experience to join our shop operations team. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in framing or carpentry who are hard-working, punctual, proactive, and team-oriented, thriving in a structured environment under guidance and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform framing tasks during the night shift, including wall assembly, structure building, and ensuring accuracy in measurements and cuts.
- Organize and prepare materials, tools, and workspace to keep operations efficient and well-ordered.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area, handling and storing equipment properly to support safe operations.
- Address minor issues with framing tasks and equipment proactively, ensuring workflow continuity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, contributing to a secure environment for the night shift team.
- Collaborate with the day shift team for smooth handovers and continuous progress on framing work.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-4 years of experience in wood framing, carpentry, or related construction work, with skills in building and assembling walls and structures.
- Familiarity with carpentry tools and framing techniques.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused, with a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
- Physically capable of handling the physical demands of framing, including lifting, maneuvering, and standing for extended periods.
- Forklift certification or experience with material handling is an asset.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Resourcefulness in solving minor issues related to framing tasks and equipment.
- Effective communication skills to ensure smooth coordination with the team and day shift handovers.
- An interest in expanding skills in framing and construction.
