Royal Garden retirement home is an independent living only retirement home. We are looking for an Assistant Director of Care to replace a maternity leave of 15 month. Full time hours (80 hrs bi-weekly), 4 day shifts (7am - 3pm) and 1 evening shift (3pm - 11pm) per week ( withpossibility of working more evening and less days if that is what you prefer).

Duties are that of an RPN and include physical evaluations, medication administration, follow-up with physicians, emergency response, vaccination clinics, phlebotomy, and much more The Assistant DOC will also be responsible for update of the care plans, training, teaching and supervising as we work with UCPs, take charge of the doctor's visits when the DOC is away from work, and will be on call 24 hours to answer any questions the UCPs may have and offer support as needed 1 week out of 2.

Pay: $32.00-$34.14 per hour
