Trexo Robotics (Y Combinator Company) is enabling mobility by building powered wearable robots. Our first product is a robot for children with movement disorders such as Cerebral Palsy, and it allows kids to walk, in many cases, for the first time in their lives. The device is currently being used by hundreds of families and the best hospitals across North America.

**About the job**:
We are a fast-growing startup looking for a highly motivated Sales Individual. You will be a crucial team member and be responsible for home sales of the Trexo device. Your role will involve talking to excited parents looking to get this technology for their children. This is a unique opportunity to work with innovative technology while directly improving lives.

This is a **fully remote position** open to any location in **Canada**, excluding Quebec province.
**About you**:
- You are detail-oriented and methodical.

- You have experience navigating the landscape of insurance and support programs in Canada.
- You are driven to bring change in this space beyond the monetary benefit.

**What you'll do**
- Build the sales funnel for home sales and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales of Trexo Home Devices in Canada, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer activities.
- Innovate and implement market development strategies to maximize sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports and forecast.
**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or equivalent relevant roles centered on relationship building, ideally in selling mobility or medical devices for the use in home environment.
- Familiarity with diverse sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of emotional intelligence.
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Willing to travel within the North America region.
**Nice to Have**
- Understanding of human kinematics.
- Experience in the pediatric or physical therapy space.
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, and Airtable.
