High-rise Customer Care Department Assistant

Complete Key Release Appointments with homeowners.
- Set-up the unit with Welcome Banner and Homeowner Gift.
- Meet with PDI Team on a regular basis to review schedule, reports ad provide updates.
- Ensure units are QA, PDI, and closing ready well in advance of scheduled date.
- Provide access, following appropriate protocol, to occupied units in order to complete service work.
- Ensure that during the service appointment; trade work completed is to the Branthaven standard, homeowner items are protected, security is maintained, unit is left clean and tidy.
- Respond to and provide accurate answers to homeowners during customer interactions.
- Foster a positive team environment. Provide thorough training to new employees.
- Assists with compiling new home packages, key packages
- Assist with filing, administrative duties such as data entry, office setup etc.
- Attend Customer Care or Tarion seminars and attends home purchaser functions as required
H**ours**:
9:30am - 6:00pm - please note individual must be willing to flex work hours according site requirements.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years in customer service roles
- 2 years in construction, bonus but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as knowledge of NewStar or ability to learn builder software
- A strong understanding of TARION Construction Guidelines & Warranty Program
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing expectations and providing a first class customer care experience
- Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of constituents both in verbal and written manner.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
