**Job Summary**
**Real Estate Deal Accounting Assistant**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Deal Administrator to assist with Invoicing, calculating real estate commissions for transactions both residential and commercial.
Corresponding with real estate agents, brokerages and law firms.
**Duties**
- Produce Daily billing and deposits reports.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses for various accounts and intercompany transactions.
- Complete various monthly journal entries, cost analyses, sales and benchmarking reports.
- Process daily bank deposits and help with bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with Sales, Operations, Production, A/R, A/P, and Corporate Office.
- Perform any additional duties as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, EZ MAX and/or Lone Wolf
- Knowledge in real estate forms in Ontario
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and office management software a plus
**Education**:
- College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/Accounting and experience with an administrative assistant skill set.
Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
