Who we are: For the past 11 years, this clinic has been the foundation for the development of a well-established patient base. However, the previous owner was a well-known and respected Chiropractor in the Orangeville community for 30+ years. The new owners, are young Chiropractors, wanting to explore the potential of the clinic and grow it into an interdisciplinary clinic. The Chiropractors currently offer soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, patient education and diversified manual adjusting techniques. The clinic also has another chiropractor, two massage therapist, an allergy specialist and a naturopathic doctor. There is currently an office manager running the clinic from an administrative standpoint.

Administrative Staff:
An administrative assistant helps an office run efficiently through a range of administrative, financial, and supportive tasks. There is a distinction between an Office Manager versus an Office Administrator. In general, Office Managers focus more on organizational processes. They keep offices running efficiently by providing employees with resources, problem resolution, tools, and company initiatives that boost overall employee morale. Office Administrators focus on technical processes. This position has all standards set in place and is simply looking for an individual to follow protocols and guided processes within the clinic. Typical tasks include booking patients, taking payment, answering the phone, and making sure the doctors scheduling is up to date.

Work Experience:
Any experience in the healthcare, and or office administration is considered an asset, but not a must.

**Salary**: Starting $18.00/hour CAD - 6- and 12-month reviews performed with owners

**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, managing multi-line phone systems and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with filing and organization of documents, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Support administrative tasks, including proofreading and bookkeeping, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on strategic planning and business development initiatives.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
