**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including HR sourcing, to attract top talent.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize data collection and analysis skills to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
- Implement and maintain HR information systems such as ADP, Oracle, or Workday for efficient data management.
- Lead budgeting efforts for the HR department, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources leadership roles with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software systems such as ADP, Oracle, or Workday is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information for decision-making.
- Excellent program management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
