**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- **Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities**with existing and new customers in the ICI sector through a combination of cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- **Build and maintain strong relationships** with key decision-makers, engineers, facility managers, and procurement professionals.
- **Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery calls** to understand customer challenges and pain points related to their electrical systems and infrastructure.
- **Develop and deliver compelling proposals** that effectively articulate Clarke Electric's technical capabilities, value proposition, and proposed solutions.
- **Effectively communicate the technical and financial benefits** of our services, addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections.
- **Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service** to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Manage the entire sales cycle** from initial contact to project handover, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- **Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts** using the company's CRM system.
- **Utilize a consultative sales approach** to educate prospects on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and potential cost savings related to their electrical systems.
- **Stay informed**about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, positioning Clarke Electric as a thought leader.
- **Provide regular updates**and sales activity reports to the Management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B/electrical project sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, conditions and legal implications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within GTA.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
