We are hiring window and door installers who follow our standard operating procedures, are punctual, reliable and come to work with a positive cheerful attitude.

If you have experience in window and door installations or a background in construction, that is fantastic, as pending your skill level, we offer industry related certification programs fully funded by the company.

This job requires interaction with customers almost daily, some heavy lifting and use of ladders and scaffolding (_no fear of heights is tolerable_ noting safety for our employees and the general public is critical).

**Primary duties include**:

- loading and unloading products to and from installation trucks
- removal of windows and doors
- preparing and cleaning up job sites before and after installations
- following all safety protocols in place
- other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- valid BC Driver’s License in good standing preferred, but not mandatory
- knowledge of materials handling and construction site safety is important, but will be taught on site
- willingness to take instruction and constructive feedback
- ability to deal effectively with the public in a pleasant and courteous manner

**Other things you'll want to know**:

- an installers typical shift runs 7:00am to 3:30pm, noting hours can vary, depending on the season as well as the project and scope of work
- we generally work Monday to Friday, with some daily paid overtime
- occasional weekend work is sometimes necessary, with overtime extended
- probationary period of 3 months
- installers take direction from the lead installers, and report to our Installation Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$33.00 per hour
