**Sales Representative**

Island Window Coverings is seeking a full-time sales representative focusing on residential sales. Position is located in Victoria, BC.

Individual must have an eye for design, be self-motivated, organized, have great attention to detail and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Individual will be utilizing product knowledge and design experience to provide customers with product selections, including product styles, fabric and colour choices. A key element of this position will be maintaining relationships with customers as well as developing new relationships and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Position will also be responsible for the entire sales process including initial contact with customer through ordering product, arranging installation and client satisfaction follow up.

Individual must have strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Provide design assistance for all Island Window Coverings customers, selecting products, styles and materials as needed.
- Analyze customer’s requirements, create layouts and recommend products
- Generate proposals and pricing for potential projects
- Follow and generate leads, make sales calls and keep in contact with existing customers.
- Visit client sites and maintain continuous contact with customers throughout the project to maintain the business relationship and resolve any potential problems
- Liaise with suppliers to order samples, request pricing to finalize quotes, write up orders and submit to suppliers
- Communicate with Installer to schedule and confirm installation of product
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous education and seminars

Island Window Coverings was established in 1986 and is one of the largest suppliers of window coverings in the Victoria area.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
