Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Travel Administrator is responsible for booking all the travel arrangements for all EPLS staff and subcontractors. This requires booking with multiple airlines, as well as arranging for hotels in Winnipeg with layovers. The Master Travel Calendar must be up to date at all times.

The Individual will excel in attention to detail and managing conflicting priorities, while maintaining excellent customer service. While the role is internal travel, we want each of our employees to feel like they are a well valued client.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Book all required flights and hotels for staff
- Use Company Aeroplan Points wherever possible
- Maintain Master Travel Calendar so it is always reflecting current schedule
- Assist staff with any documentation issues as they arise
- Supply finance will all receipts as requested
- Follow up with hotels to ensure receipts are given in a timely manner
- Maintain Travel SOP & update as changes are made & new procedures implemented
- Track all airline credits in spreadsheet
- Ensure company policies are being followed with regards to travel dates, truck rentals & type of hotel room rented
- Additional tasks as requested

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Post-Secondary education
- 2 years experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Phenomenal attention to detail & ability to switch between multiple items at once
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
- Work Conditions
- Overtime as required
- Work will be performed out of the Winnipeg Office
- Not expected to handle after hours and weekend travel emergencies - Business Development Manager handles these issues as they occur.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
