Typical Day
- You’ll learn about the latest technologies in the ski and snowboard industry so that you can assess the needs of customers’ equipment and recommend the best service packages for them.
- You’ll learn to repair, wax and maintain skis and snowboards by hand, and install bindings.
- You’ll contribute to the overall presentation of the Service Department and the store with projects like merchandising, restocking, and cleaning.
- You’re keen to learn about new technologies and the latest trends in skiing, snowboarding and biking.
- You're knowledgeable on how to build and service bikes
- You’re confident speaking to a variety of different people, both over the phone and in-store. You're confident leading by example and holding teams accountable.
- You care about your teammates and your customers. You’re always looking to listen and contribute, even when the task isn’t easy or doesn’t come naturally to you.
- Efficiency is important to you. You want things done right, but in the most efficient way possible without compromising results for your customers.
