**Job Type: Service Shop Technician**

As a Service Shop Technician, you will become a crucial part of our team. You will provide advice and problem solve equipment maintenance and repair needs for our customer's equipment, skis, snowboards, and bicycles as well as

**Your Responsibilities**
- Assembling/disassembling different types of bicycles
- Bicycle, ski, and snowboard servicing
- Deliver a fantastic customer service experience
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer.

**What You Offer**

- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Previous Service Shop experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust
