We are a busy Canadian hardwood flooring manufacturer seeking a Shipper and Receiver. This role would include shipping and receiving, packaging, general warehouse duties and working in the sampling department.
- Primary Responsibilities: _
- Picking & preparing orders as required.
- Packaging flooring into boxes for orders.
- Unloading containers and replenishing inventory when it arrives.
- Maintaining warehouse area to be clean & organized.
- Emptying garbage, dust collector and general cleaning duties.
- Cutting hardwood or vinyl flooring planks to specified sizes for display samples, chain sets, or swatches.
- Assembling and labelling displays.
- Accessing label making program to print required labels and maintaining inventory of these supplies.
- Updating Warehouse Manager on supply needs and reorders.
- Skills Required: _
- Active forklift license required.
- Repetitive lifting, up to 60 lbs. daily.
- Carpentry/woodworking skills an asset.Organized and tidy.
- Quick learner.
- Self motivated and eager to learn.
- Understands deadlines and can keep them.
- Proactive and detail oriented.
- Team Player.
- Follows instructions well.
- Basic computer skills.

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
