We are looking for a Shipper and Receiver Operator to report to our Toronto location.
What your day will look like as a
Shipper and Receiver Operator?

  • Unload incoming shipments, verify items against documentation, and store them in designated areas using ERP (SAP).
  • Pick items from shelves, pack them for shipment, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup in a cost-effective and timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Deliver and set up materials for production and assembly.
  • Understand department workflows, processes, and assembly requirements.
  • Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, hoists, and other equipment to move materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, including proper waste disposal.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with technicians to meet daily productivity goals and ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to overall division performance and results.
  • Use computers to enter and manage records.
  • Coordinate with customers to plan and arrange shipments.
  • Communicate potential issues or concerns to management and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain organized and accurate document filing and storage.

Position Requirements for a Shipper and Receiver Operator

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years related experience working within warehouse, shipping and receiving tasks- industrial or commercial process water experience a plus
  • Forklift operator experience, a certification would be a plus
