**YOUR NEW CHALLENGE**:
Are you passionate about data consistency and accuracy? Are you an accountable and analytical individual who revels in the e-commerce world? You might be the Product Data Analyst we are looking for. In your role as Product Data Analyst, your main goal is to help keep our product data up to date and accurate. You will work closely with multiple departments including Sales, Operations and Marketing as well as external Vendors. In your role you will also be responsible for maintaining product data on our B2B site. We are passionate about our products, and we want to ensure our website allows our customers to have the best experience possible. Maintaining products, categories and on-site keyword search will be one of the key focus areas of this role.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Product data creation and management:

- Work directly with Vendors to collect information necessary for product creation.
- Validate data supplied by Vendors for product creation before uploading into SAP B1.
- Create and maintain products, product images and product prices in SAP Business One and B2B website
- Perform ad-hoc mass data uploads.
- Participate in data integration/mergers when needed.
- Create and maintain tools to facilitate mass product creation in SAP B1 as needed.
- Create ad-hoc simple SQL queries upon request. - Independently analyze a variety of data sources (including customer tickets, Product Manager feedback, Import file, etc.). - Present important data and insights to the Product Managers as well as to other departments and senior executives. - Perform quality control checks on data and work with external vendors to ensure data accuracy in back feed files prior to upload to SAP.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation and coordinate or perform testing of system upload modifications.
- Maintain current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks

**QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Strong familiarity with data management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- PIM/DAM Data Management experience - an asset
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries
- Basic understanding of product data creation
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms - an asset
- Basic understanding of Distribution Industry - an asset
- Bilingualism French and English - an asset
