**$25-$35/hr + Tips & Commissions | Full-Time**

Are you someone who loves working with your hands, being outdoors, and doing meaningful work? Tired of jobs that beat up your body for little reward?

We’re **Green Roof Revival**, and we’re changing the roofing game in Calgary. Instead of ripping off perfectly good roofs, we restore them using eco-friendly treatments that save homeowners money and keep waste out of the landfill.

**You Don’t Need Roofing Experience—Just a Great Attitude and Work Ethic.**
We’ll train you. We’re looking for dependable team players who enjoy physical work, take pride in doing a job well, and are looking for something steady with purpose.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Do minor roof tune-ups (we’ll teach you how)
- Work in a team of 2 to get each job done right and safely
- Keep job sites tidy and organized

**What You’ll Get**:
$28-$35/hour starting wage
Paid training & safety certifications
Steady 15-40 hours/week (can increase in peak season)
Tips & performance bonuses
Company van during work hours
All tools, gear & safety equipment provided

**This Job Is For You If You**:

- Like working outdoors
- Have general labour or handyman experience
- Are comfortable on ladders or roofs (or willing to learn)
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Are dependable and take initiative
- Want to be part of a growing company doing things differently

**Work Schedule**:
Tuesday-Saturday | Start times vary depending on job location

**Let’s Build Something Better Together.**

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Tips

- Monday to Friday
