We are searching for skilled, organized, motivated, and trustworthy Full-Time Contract Service Technicians.

You will be working as a part of an established, highly successful repair department with a very high standard of work ethic, quality, and safety. A role in our service department means year round work – even after all the hail work dries up.

This is a full-time position (Includes work throughout the winter).

Industry leading compensation will be based on experience. ($40-50/ Hour)

Willing to train to our standard of work, but you need to have a basic knowledge and understanding of roofing, tools, and general construction.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

Diligence with safety on the roof and off

Punctuality

Reliability and trustworthiness

An ability to work as a part of a team, and individually with little supervision

Represent Leading Edge Exteriors appropriately and professionally in every situation.

The successful contractors will be trained as a skilled laborer in all aspects of sloped roofing. We are looking for people who demonstrate highly developed problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communications, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

o Experience in detailed roofing scopes and repair is an asset but not required

o Experience installing/ repairing all sloped roofing systems is required

o Experience with exterior applications, including Siding and Soft Metals an asset

o Customer Service background required

o High levels of professionalism required

o Valid Class 5 Driver's license and own a reliable vehicle (must be willing to drive out of town – Paid travel time)

o Must have your own basic tools and fall protection (Fall Pro Certification required)

o Ability to get on/ off a roof with a ladder

o Active WCB
