We are currently looking for an Executive / Personal Assistant to join our fast-growing team. We offer flexible working hours and a casual environment.

**Position Description**
The Executive / Personal Assistant helps the CEO and COO with personal tasks as well as assisting with office work. The ideal Executive / Personal Assistant will handle confidential information in a responsible and accurate manner and enjoys engaging and collaborating with a team to help foster a culture of fun and efficiency.

**Job Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of all applicable cannabis legislation.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Run errands as requested.
- Assist with personal tasks to support CEO and COO’s efficiency such as bringing coffee, picking up groceries, and other tasks which allow our Executives to better focus on their critical work.
- Type correspondences.
- Help maintain office facilities.
- Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, review, and organize materials for meetings as required.
- Produce high quality reports, presentations, and correspondences.
- Coordinate necessary paperwork with partners (e.g. legal, financial, real estate, insurance).
- Maintain a well-organized environment to enable success.
- Build relationships and communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders.
- Act as a first point of contact: greet those coming in the door, answer phone calls, portray a professional environment.
- Manage calendars and diaries, organize meetings and appointments. Controls access to the CEO and COO.
- Review all inbound mail and packages.
- Execute outbound mailing.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Experience in a team support position.
- Experience in an office setting.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Education in business administration, or related field

**Physical Demands**:

- Able to sit for long periods of time.
- Able to engage with a computer screen for long periods of time.
- Ability to work from home if necessary.
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 22-44 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
