We are looking for Processing Technicians to join our team. We offer hands-on training, exciting educational opportunities, flexible working hours, and collaboration with exceptional professionals

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: The Cannabis Processing Technician will work with a team of cannabis experts to process post harvest material, produce hand crafted cannabis products, package and label cannabis, and support the cultivation team.

**Cannabis Processing Technician responsibilities**:

- Trim, produce, package, and label cannabis products.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures as per cannabis regulations and legislation and facility standards.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment for all production and sanitation tasks.
- Handle concentrated materials including cleaning agents and concentrated food product compounds.
- Clean and sanitize all production equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Accurately complete records and documentation for all production activities.
- Highly motivated, working well independently and on a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excited to learn about, and excel in a new industry.
- Passionate about cannabis.
- Able to follow written and/or verbal direction effectively.
- Innovative, creative, and results driven.

**Requirements**:

- Local to the Edmonton area or able to commute, with reliable transportation.
- Able to perform physical activities for the duration of a shift (standing, walking, moving equipment, stairs) including repetitive movements (packaging, trimming, production).
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. (22kg)
- Comfortable squatting, bending, and kneeling while using tools and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Able to wear personal protective equipment as needed, including but not limited to sanitary clothing covers, gloves, mask, respirator, and/or eye protection while working.
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to entering the facility.
- No experience necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
