Surrey, Canada Aeolus Freight Solutions Inc. Full time

Accountable for all activities for all branches, billing and account receivable function such as monitoring, coaching and training and liaison with Sales departments on any A/R issues
- Maintains good relations with customers and ensures the timely resolution of customers’ inquiries are being handled
- Make work assignments schedules and reviews work in progress and supervises daily
- Deals with disciplinary problems and provides training, coaching and counseling of subordinates.
- Responsible for basic problem resolution.
- Utilizes extensive customer service skills and company knowledge to assist staff members with high level issues.
- Performs in store and counter sales activities when needed.
- Responds to incoming calls and follows through to convert activities to sales.
- Support and help implement marketing programs and program launches within the inside sales group
- Promote new products to customers
- Promote “add-ons” and up sell both on the phone and in store customers
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
- Maintain appearance of the branch by organizing displays, stocking shelves and cleaning
- Ensure bank deposits and daily cash reconciliation are completed and ensure selection of invoicing is completed for Northern BC
- Maintain local inventory control and manage branch stock including surplus inventory
- Responsible for facility maintenance and on site safety program including ACMS work orders.
- Accountable for shipping/receiving of customer orders and branch transfers
- Balance daily cylinder transactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
